Talleca started with a simple idea: hiring should feel more human.
Behind every open role, there usually are three things, there is a company trying to grow, a team that needs the right person, and a candidate making a decision about their future. We don’t think that process should feel cold, rushed, or overly complicated.
We like to understand the people behind the job first.
What kind of person would actually do well there? What matters to the team? What kind of background makes sense? What would make someone want to stay?
Once we understand that, the search becomes much more meaningful.
How We Work
We get to know the role, the company, and the type of person you are really looking for. Then we go out and do our magic to find them.
Sometimes that means direct sourcing. Sometimes it means building a wider talent pipeline. Sometimes it means helping you improve the interview process itself.
There is no fixed formula because every company hires differently.
More Than CVs
We’ll not send a pile of résumés just to say we “found candidates”.
We would rather send fewer people who actually make sense.
Experience matters, of course, but so do motivation, communication, personality, expectations, and the way someone fits into the environment they are joining.
That is where we put our attention.
Why Talleca Exists
Some positions stay open for months, then get reposted again and again on the same platforms. Applications keep coming in, hiring managers keep reviewing CVs, recruiters keep following up, but somehow the role is still vacant.
At this point everyone is already frustrated.
The company needs someone “like yesterday”. The team is stretched. Hiring managers start lowering expectations. And after weeks or months of searching, the process is clearly going nowhere.
That is exactly the kind of hiring problem Talleca was built for.
We do not believe difficult roles are solved by simply posting the same job in more places and waiting for the right person to appear.
Sometimes the right candidate is not applying anywhere.
Sometimes they are already employed.
Sometimes they need to be approached directly, shown the opportunity properly, and given a real reason to consider making a move.
That is where we come in.
We go beyond job boards and applications. We actively search for the people who fit the role, reach out to them directly, understand what would make the opportunity interesting to them, and bring the right conversations to the table.
Because when a position has been vacant for months, the answer is usually not more applications.
The answer is a better search.
